Melissa offers a range of workshops on a series of communication topics. Her most popular ones include giving and receiving feedback, networking skills how to have a challenging conversation. These are a highly practical and interactive. Sessions tend to be no more than 12 people to ensure there’s a productive dynamic and everyone gets some personal attention. These can also be followed up with a call to mop up any questions once the participants are trying out the approaches, ideas and new skills.
