Types of Information I Collect
I collect information if you voluntarily provide it to me.
EMAIL LIST: I collect personal information when you sign up to my email mailing list, this may include your name, email address, ip address, when and how you signed up.
I use Mailchimp which collects information about how you react to the emails, for example, how many times you open the email or if you engage with its content. Email addresses provided to Motem’s mailing list are only used for the purpose of sending you communications.
I respect your privacy rights and will not sell or give your email address to other companies. If you would like to unsubscribe from my email list you can email me at Melissa@motem.co.uk, or you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of my emails – I’ll remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.
SiGN UP FOR A WEBINAR OR WORKSHOP: I collect personal information when you sign up to attend a webinar. This includes your name and email address.
I use Zoom to run webinars The email addresses provided will be used to send resources following the session. In that email, I will include a link to sign up to the newsletters should participants want to, you will not be not automatically added. Once that post webinar communication has been sent, those details will be deleted.
COMMUNICATIONS WITH ME: if you contact me with a comment, question or complaint. This includes your name, email address and telephone number.

The information I collect automatically does not include personal information.
