2. Scope of Work

The details of the training or coaching engagement, including objectives, duration, format, and number of participants, will be outlined in a separate proposal or booking confirmation.

3. Fees & Payment

– All fees will be confirmed in writing prior to the work starting.
– Payment terms are [e.g. 14 days from invoice date] unless otherwise agreed.
– Invoices may be issued in advance for bookings or in instalments for longer programmes.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes plans change. Please note the following terms:

For organisations:
– Cancellations made more than 21 days before the agreed date: no charge.
– Cancellations made 8–21 days before the agreed date: 50% of the agreed fee will be charged.
– Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the agreed date: 100% of the agreed fee will be charged.
– If rescheduling is required, I will do my best to accommodate you. One date change is allowed free of charge if requested more than 14 days before the session. Further changes may incur a fee.

For individuals (e.g. coaching clients):
– Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 48 hours’ notice: no charge.
– Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the session fee will be charged.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the training or coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Motem Ltd unless otherwise agreed. You are welcome to use them internally but not to copy, share, or resell without permission.

6. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared during the course of the engagement will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Liability

My services are provided in good faith. I do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on materials or advice provided during our sessions, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
